Refund policy

Our return policy is as follows:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be untagged and in the same condition as when you received it. The item must also be in its original packaging.

Return Time:
Our return period is 30 days. If it has been more than 30 days since you received the item, unfortunately, we are unable to offer you a return or exchange. Customers can contact us within 30 days of receiving the item. If you received a defective, damaged, or wrong item, please contact us immediately.

Customers can contact us by email or phone. Please provide a detailed description of the issue, including the reason for the return, order number, and product name. For items that are defective, inaccurate, or not as described, please send clear pictures or videos.

About the return address:
Please do not ship the item directly to our delivery address. You can communicate with our customer service team first and let them know that you need to return the item before we can provide you with the corresponding service.

I. Order Cancellation Policy
We usually ship within 48 hours. If you need to cancel your order, please contact customer service as soon as possible to cancel the order and get an immediate refund. If your order has been shipped, we will refund you when you return the goods. If you need to cancel your order, please send an email to support@ledboruit.com to contact us.

II. Return Policy
1. Seller Responsibility
The seller bears full responsibility and shipping costs for returns due to the following situations:
- Wrong item or wrong quantity sent;
- Damaged or quality problems with the item;
- Severe damage during transportation (photo evidence required);
- The item is seriously inconsistent with the description.
2. Buyer Responsibility
The buyer shall bear the return shipping costs in the following situations:
- Wrong size/color/style selection;
- Customer personal preference, subjective dissatisfaction;
- "No reason return" without quality problems.
- Item not received - If the tracking information shows that it has been delivered but you did not receive the package, please check your mailbox, front door or any other place where the package may have been placed. Otherwise, you need to report the loss to the post office or police. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If the package is not delivered due to an incorrect/incomplete address, unclaimed or refused, you will be responsible for the original shipping and return shipping costs, as well as any duties, taxes and/or customs fees that may be incurred by the package in the original shipping and return shipping costs. These fees will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
In some cases, your package may be discarded and no refund will be made for refused packages.
3. Do you accept returns for personal reasons?
If the item is in new, unused condition and the packaging is intact, we accept returns for personal preference or exchange intentions, but the buyer is responsible for the round-trip shipping costs.


III. Return and Exchange Conditions
We accept return and exchange applications under the following conditions:
- Application time is within 30 days after receiving the goods;
- The goods are unused, undamaged, with complete accessories and intact packaging;
- Provide a valid order number and reason for return and exchange;
- If applying for exchange, please state the replacement specifications (color, model, etc.);
- Special, discounted or customized goods do not support return and exchange.

Exchange process
Step 1: Please send an email to support@ledboruit.com to let us know your problem and confirm the solution.
Step 2: Take a photo of your shipment and send it to us with the tracking number.
Step 3: We confirm the returned goods and check if there are any problems. Please also provide us with your specific contact information (name, mobile phone number, full address, zip code) via email.
Step 4: We will send the goods back to you. Thank you for your cooperation!

Additional notes on warranty
Our products provide a one-year warranty service. If your product is naturally damaged, you can contact our customer service for consultation in time.

Compensation Period
For returned items, we need to process within 3-6 business days after receiving your item. After this period, the refund period is as follows: PayPal account refund: up to 48 hours; credit card refund: 3-7 business days.
